A Garden in Pebble Beach

SWLA has completed a landscape master plan for the renovation of an historic home in Pebble Beach. Constructed in 1925, the house sits on a small lot overlooking Monterey Bay. Preliminary plans for the house include installation of a new sunroom, expanding the master suite and upgrading the entry hall, kitchen and bathrooms. A new terrace is proposed adjacent to the renovated spaces on the north side of the house, creating a generous space for outdoor entertaining that captures the fabulous views. Additional landscape improvements will include new paving for the auto court, a seating area for the guesthouse and upgrading of the existing planting on the site.
