De La Salle Hall

SWLA has completed the renovation of De La Salle Hall at St. Mary’s College. The three story student residence hall building was completed in the 1920s as part of the development of a new campus for the college in Moraga. The program for the renovation included the complete re-design of the first floor of the building to house a new lobby, offices for student services, a game room, and a café. A key element of the project was the renovation of Hagerty Lounge into a multi-purpose meeting room for use by the campus. Landscape improvements for the project included a new walk and plaza with outdoor seating at the entry to the building, replacement of existing foundation planting and an outdoor terrace that is accessible from Hagerty Lounge.
