Stephen J. Wheeler
Stephen Wheeler is a landscape architect with over 25 years of experience in master planning and landscape design for university, corporate, public and private clients. Mr. Wheeler’s work has included university campuses, public open spaces, and commercial, resort and residential projects.
Mr. Wheeler is currently a member of the Campus Design Review Committee at UC Merced which provides guidance to the University on the development of this new campus. Mr. Wheeler has been a guest juror at UC Berkeley, Stanford University and California College of the Arts.
Mr. Wheeler holds a Masters of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mr. Wheeler received Bachelors degrees in fine arts and biology from Tufts University and a Diploma from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts.

Sallie Holt, LEED AP
Sallie Holt is a landscape architect with experience in planning and design with both public and private sector projects. Ms. Holt is currently working on projects at UC Merced, UC Berkeley and The Presidio of San Francisco. Her past work with SWLA has included the Coastal Trail at Lands End as well as several private residences in the Bay Area. Ms. Holt received a Masters of Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Wendy Hough is a landscape architect with a broad range of experience in design for corporate, commercial and residential projects. Ms. Hough is currently working on projects at Stanford University and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. Her past experience at SWLA includes several projects in The Presidio of San Francisco. Ms. Hough received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C. While at UBC, Ms. Hough participated in study abroad programs in Japan and Greece.
