Located at a busy intersection near Fremont’s Central District, the proposed 6-story project will provide 74 new studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Given the density of the site, required open space is provided along Mowry Avenue as well as by a sunny, open terrace located on the roof of the building. The terrace garden offers a variety of seating and activity areas, to allow residents to enjoy the space individually, in small groups or for building events. Olive trees in oversize planter pots provide shade and help define the activity areas. Palm trees and smaller flowering shrubs provide accent and color within the space.
